ARTS & CULTURE
We understand the significance of giving back to the community. We believe that by actively participating in volunteer work and engaging with the community, we can create a positive impact and inspire positive change. Our commitment to community engagement is a cornerstone of our mission, and we encourage all our members to get involved in various projects that serve others in the Nashville area.
Education: Soul’d is committed to providing educational opportunities through access and collaborations.
Collaboration: Soul’d collaborates with individuals, groups, community experts that amplify the needs of BIPOC creatives and bring about educational opportunities.
Access: Soul’d provides access to resources, creative bodies of work/talent, safe spaces, and like-minded creatives and community.
Soul'd is committed to increasing safe spaces that access BIPOC arts & culture through our focuses of education, collaboration, and access.
Our passion lies in nurturing creativity, celebrating diversity, and providing a platform for artists to flourish. We're devoted to the arts and culture of Nashville, and we believe that by creating innovative, inclusive spaces, we can foster change and unity in our community.
We envision a future where there is equitable access to spaces and opportunities for BIPOC creatives to create, connect, and thrive together in Nashville.
At Soul’d Creative Collective, our journey started in February 2022 when founders Christian Sinclair and Jonathan Wynn manifested a vision of better access and resources for BIPOC creatives. That May, what started as a poetry night at All People Coffee quickly blossomed into a mission to create vibrant, inclusive spaces for BIPOC arts & culture.
In an ever-evolving landscape, Soul’d Creative Collective stands as a beacon of unity and creativity, and we look forward to a future where we can help artists and creatives make their mark in Nashville.
